Deep ruby hue with a layered and expressive nose showing plenty of black fruit, earth, spice and subtle toasty aromas. The flavours are refined with floral and mocha notes complimented by the mineral-driven mid-palate, medium-bodied and firm this wine will age for up to 12 years. Pairs well with beef tartare.
